SHIPPING
Current charge for tracked, registered delivery is €3.95 (limited time only)
Shipping is charged at €6.95 (AnPost Ireland).
Shipping on trial package sets (only) is charged at €3.50 (AnPost Ireland).
Shipping is provided by AnPost and is at the expense of the customer (where applicable).
You can expect your order to arrive within 1 - 3 working days.
Allow up to 2 -4 working days for delivery within Northern Ireland.
Orders are dispatched within 24hours, excluding Saturdays,Sundays and bank holidays.
Shipping at the charge of €6.95 is tracked.
Shipping of trial package sets / samples only and at €3.50 is not tracked / not registered.
We ship through AnPost. All orders (where applicable) have parcel tracking and you’ll receive an email with tracking information as soon as your package leaves our warehouse. If you haven’t received your order within 5 working days after dispatch , please get in touch through our email info@laundryperfume.ie and we’ll look into it straight away.
Courier Delays & Delivery Timeframes
While we dispatch all orders on the same day or within 24 hours of purchase, delivery timeframes are dependent on our contracted courier/ AnPost. In periods of high workload, operational delays, or circumstances beyond our control, courier delivery times may be extended beyond our standard 2-3 days delivery timeframe.
Once an order has been dispatched, we rely on the courier to complete delivery and therefore cannot be held responsible for delays caused by the courier. We sincerely apologise for any inconvenience this may cause and appreciate your understanding during such rare / occasional circumstances.
All delivery timeframes provided are estimates only. While we dispatch all orders within 24 hours, we are not the delivery carrier and therefore cannot guarantee exact delivery times once the parcel has been handed over to the courier. Typical delivery time is 1–3 working days; however, delays may occasionally occur due to factors outside of our control.
We reserve the right to update or modify our shipping policy at any time without prior notice. This includes changes to shipping rates, delivery timeframes, carriers, and related terms, as needed to reflect operational adjustments or external factors.
