SHIPPING & RETURNS & REFUNDS:
SHIPPING
Shipping is charged at €6.95 (AnPost Ireland). Current charge is €3.95, limited time only!
Shipping on trial package sets (only) is charged at €3.50 (AnPost Ireland).
Shipping is provided by AnPost and is at the expense of the customer (where applicable).
Orders are dispatched within 24hours, excluding Saturdays, Sundays and bank holidays.
You can expect your order to arrive within 2 - 3 working days within Ireland. Allow up to 2-4 working days for delivery within Northern Ireland.
Shipping at the charge of €6.95 is tracked. Shipping of trial package sets only and at €3.50 is not tracked.
We ship through AnPost. All orders (where applicable) have parcel tracking and you’ll receive an email with tracking information as soon as your package leaves our warehouse. If you haven’t received your order within 5 working days after dispatch, please get in touch through our email info@laundryperfume.ie and we’ll look into it straight away.
RETURNS
Dear customer, If, for any reason, you are not completely satisfied with your purchase, please review our return and refund policy.
We offer a 14-day return policy, allowing you 14 days from the date of receipt of the product to initiate a return.
Please contact us here: contact us form to request a return. Item/s sent back to us without requesting a return will not be accepted.
Shipping costs are non-refundable
Please include your order number and full name in the comment section of the contact us form so we can locate your order and initiate the return process without any delay.
To be eligible for a return, the item/s must be in the same condition that you received it in, unused and unopened, with an unbroken security seal and in its original packaging. You'll also need the receipt or proof of purchase.
Please note that returns will need to be sent to the following address solely at the expense of the customer: Nesta Self Storage, Howth Junction, Kilbarrack, D05DC60, Ireland
We recommend using a tracked postal service, as you are responsible for your parcel until it is received in our warehouse. Unfortunately, we cannot accept liability for items lost in transit.
REFUNDS:
Refunds are processed upon receipt of returned item/s. We will notify you once we've received and inspected your return. Please ensure that returned items are securely and safely packaged.
Once approved, your refund will be automatically processed to the original method of payment used for the order.
Please allow 14 working days for your refund to be processed. Please remember it can take some time for your bank or credit card company to process and issue the refund.

Damages and issues:
Please inspect your order upon receipt and contact us immediately if the item is defective or damaged or if you receive the wrong item/s so that we can make it right.
Photos of any damage or defects are desirable and help us to resolve issues quickly.
You are only liable for any diminished value of the goods resulting from the handling other than what is necessary to establish the nature, characteristics and functioning of the goods.
Exceptions / non-returnable items:
Unfortunately, we cannot accept returns on sale items, end-of-sale items or gift cards.
Exchanges
We do not offer exchanges for goods purchased.
The fastest way to ensure you get what you want is to return the item you have ordered and make a separate purchase for the new item/s. Only unused, unopened items with an unbroken security seal and without any damage to the label or container will be eligible for a refund/return.
European Union 14 day cooling off period
Notwithstanding the above, if the merchandise is being shipped into the European Union, you have the right to cancel or return your order within 14 days for any reason and without a justification. As mentioned above, your item must be in the same condition that you received it: unworn or unused, unopened, with tags, and in its original packaging. You'll also need the receipt or proof of purchase.
You have the right to withdraw from this contract within 14 days without giving any reason. The withdrawal period will expire after 14 days from the day on which you acquire, or a third party other than the carrier and indicated by you acquires, physical possession of the goods. To exercise the right of withdrawal, you must inform us of your decision to withdraw from this contract by an unequivocal statement (e.g. a letter sent by post or e-mail). To meet the withdrawal deadline, it is sufficient for you to send your communication concerning your exercise of the right of withdrawal before the withdrawal period has expired.
Consequences of the revocation/ cancellation:
If you withdraw from this contract, we will reimburse you the payments received for all item/s, excluding the costs of delivery, without undue delay and in any event not later than 14 days from the day on which we are informed about your decision to withdraw from this contract. If you only return part of your order, you will be refunded partially for item/s returned. We will refund you in the same way as your original payment method used. In any event, you will not incur any fees as a result of such reimbursement. We may withhold reimbursement until we have received the goods back or you have supplied evidence of having sent back the goods, whichever is the earliest. You shall send back the goods without undue delay and, in any event, not later than 14 days from the day on which you communicate your withdrawal from this contract to us. You are on time if you return the goods before the period of 14 days has expired. The direct cost of returning the goods to us will be borne by the customer.
Excluded from the right of withdrawal are products whose seal has been broken after delivery AND /OR products that cannot be returned for health or hygiene reasons.
DISTANCE CONTRACT
When you buy goods online, you are entering into a contract called a distance contract. With this type of contract, you do not enter into the contract in person, and you cannot check the products before you buy. Because of this, you have extra protections under consumer law.
